Is CRM helping or hindering sales?

Wondering what actual salespeople using CRM think about it? Is it helping or hindering your selling efforts? Are you diligently using it? Are you providing accurate data or "filling in the fields" to appease mgt? How much time is taken away from selling because of CRM?
