What CRM for a Mobile Small Business

I’m in the IT field and build automations and integrations but am not all that familiar with CRM’s.

A friend of mine has a small mobile tire business that I believe would benefit from a CRM.

I would to create some sort of customer form on a website to support online bookings and email marketing information a couple times a year to customers in the database.

Ideally we would be able to get contact information, make, model, year of vehicle, and a preferred date/time and location of service.

Can anyone make some recommendations?
