CRM for real estate

Hi, I’m looking for a CRM to use for real estate that integrates with WhatsApp and Microsoft 365. A lot of our client comms is over WhatsApp but most real estate crms don’t seem to have two way recording of the conversation in the CRM. I was thinking about Zoho because it has all of that sort of thing, as well as social integrations etc., but I don’t know if it can handle xml feeds from other agents or portals like kyero and idealista. Our business is based in Spain by the way, so I’m not sure if the USA systems would work well here. Any ideas or recommendations?
