( votes)Hello, I am looking for some recommendations on which CRM would be best for our small business. We make high end concrete pieces and also do seamless overlays for floors, walls, etc. We mainly work with home owners, designers and architects. Most of our request comes in through our website, via email or WhatsApp. We typically have 5-10 jobs going on at a time and they can range from 4-12 weeks. I am looking for a platform that will streamline our processes and keep us organized. There are only two of us (one that produces and installs and one the does the office admin work, both of us would need access to client projects and it would be handy to be able to use something offline if we were both out in the field). Currently I am using Notion (I have built a custom CRM board and Project board) to record all our leads, clients, projects, meetings, scheduling, quote tracking, vendor orders, social media promos and tasks. Concerns: Notion's platform itself and that there are too many steps and process to get all the information in and track all our communications, etc. I spend a lot of time copying and pasting and getting everything into Notion, and I feel like I am doubling my work sometimes. Needs: I need each client's portfolio to hold details on their job, tasks associated with job, address, delivery times, quotes, invoices, pdf, plans, pictures and drawings. I also want a database to have all our leads info so we can track their status, the projects total. I need to be able to track quotes and invoices to see how we are doing financially. I need to be able to schedule deliveries, meeting and tasks. I use Spark for our email communications and Quickbooks for our accounting and invoicing. Google Sheets for our quotes as most quotes are complicated and specific to each project. It's a lot of steps and I was just wondering if there is something out there that could streamline our processes. I have been looking into Zoho One, the price is ok, but I am not sure if it is the right thing for our type of business. Is there something out there that would be more suitable for our business needs. Should I just stick with Notion? We also have a small budget for this. Any recommendations? Thank you in advance!
