Looking for a good CRM tool for our business.

We’re a small team and as per the title, we’re looking for a good CRM tool for our business.

Here’s what we need in a CRM:

It should let us make web forms for our WordPress site and Prestashop store, and keep track of customer info.

We give out a free guide on starting a laser engraving business, so we need the CRM to email this guide as a PDF automatically.

If we don’t hear back after sending the guide, the CRM should follow up with another email after a week. This is important because we’re missing out on potential customers by doing it manually.

It would be great if the CRM could handle our newsletters and add new Prestashop customers to our contacts. We’re using SendInBlue now, and it’s okay, but one less system to manage would be ideal.

Lastly, we want it to create landing pages.

We’d love to consolidate our tools into one system, as we currently juggle four different ones, which is inefficient and time-consuming. Our budget is around $150-300/month, and we value user-friendliness.
