Our main objective is to avoid contacting potential clients more than once, ensuring we maintain a professional and efficient approach in our sales efforts.

Ideally, we’re looking for a CRM solution that offers the following features:

• Lead Tracking: We need a system that allows us to track each lead's status, including contact information, interactions, and any relevant notes. This will help us stay organized and ensure that no lead falls through the cracks.

• Contact Management: It's crucial for us to have a centralized database of contacts to avoid duplication and ensure accurate communication with potential clients.

• User-Friendly Interface: Since we're a small team, we don't have a dedicated IT department. Therefore, a user-friendly interface is essential for easy adoption and minimal training requirements.

• Affordable Pricing: As a small business, we're conscious of our budget. We're looking for a CRM solution that offers value for money without compromising on essential features.
