Best CRM for a small B2B business?

Run a small B2B business with a few employees. Trying to move some CS to AI and to automate some tasks and be able to better track business development progress (we are trying to work with more customers and currently track in a spreadsheet or using email to search through contact)

Searching or 1) a CRM and 2) a Chatbot to answer customer FAQs (not a lot of volume but same questions on repeat). currently use MailChimp, Google Workspace, quickbooks desktop (may shift to online),

I've seen Crisp, Hubspot, Salesforce (if free version) Zoho mentioned for their CRM and Chatbot. Want something simple that the team will use. we don't have a huge budget as still a small company. we are not a start-up so not scaling very fast

Seems Hubspot is free and has a chatbot function and easy to use – any other ideas with pros/cons? thank you
