HELP! I don’t want to use a CRM’s VOIP/Dialer system. Are there any flexible CRM’s out there that allow API integrations, (BYOC- if they have their own dialer), ANYTHING!

Hello all, Im currently on the hunt for a CRM that will allow our dev team to integrate our existing custom dialer system for our our call center. I've found that many CRM's are pushing their current affiliates, however we like the current system we currently have. Any suggestions?

I've already dug into some of the open source CRM's, but WOW! They're definitely missing the UI/UX, however, you can't fight free! It would be ideal though if someone can recommend me a great crm similar to Pipedrive, Monday, Hubspot, etc but that will allow us to bring our dialer in.

Any recommendations would be GREATLY appreciated.
