Looking for a CRM to track incoming referrals. Need a way to pull marketing reports.

I work for a small home based healthcare company. We have just switched to EClinicalWorks. There does not seem to be any referral source tracking capabilities. I am looking for a separate CRM that can track incoming referrals and has the capability to pull reports showing where our business is coming from. Our referral sources are other medical accounts (hospitals, PCPs, home healths). Do you guys have any suggestions? I'm really struggling
