My family has a small x ray business (radiology equipment sales and service). We're thinking it's about time we start using a CRM software – an area I do not have much experience in.
Context: It is a relatively small business with ~10 employees; half are field technicians and half are in the office. There would be 2-3 office staff that would be using the software to track customer repais and service requests and manage our relationships with our customers.
Ideal: I'd say one of our biggest needs would be ease of use. A lot of our staff are older and may not be as used to using mobile apps. We would also like it to be used for both service tracking and sales tracking (I'm unsure if this is a common feature with CRMs or if this would need an additional software). The cheaper the better, but we have some wiggle room with the budget.
Apologies if this request seems ill-informed, it's still a new topic for me and I am trying to learn, so any advice or tips would be helpful.
