( votes)I have a small business (me, myself, and I).
Basically works like this:
1) Someone reaches out to me – could be via email, text, FB Messenger, Reddit chat, etc.
2) I give them some background and my calendar link for a free 20 minute call.
3) If they are interested in working with me, I send out a contract and an intake form through Docusign. I also request proof of service (my clients are Veterans).
4) I then have to track whether or not I received these items. Currently doing this through Microsoft To Do which works but is hell.
5) Then there are a couple more steps til they purchase from me.
I need a CRM where I can easily customize these steps and track them. I need the ability to easily follow up with my potential clients via email or text.
Free or paid CRM- doesn’t matter.
Any advice is much appreciated. Simple is better.
