What is the best CRM system ?

I am at the beginning of a business in the field of personalized nutrition and I am looking for a suitable CRM system for my needs. I am engaged in c eu business and I will launch the first sale in a month. Our business model is exactly the same as the company's. persona nutrition or care/of vitamins. I'm a one-man team, so I don't need to use the crm system for management functions. Since I have never worked with CRM before, I would like to hear your experiences and recommendations. Here is what I need:
User Friendly: Being new to CRM, I am looking for a system that is easy to use and has an intuitive interface.
Data Collection and Management: I need a CRM that will allow me to store and manage customer data, including their responses from online questionnaires, orders and contacts. Subsequently, I would like to divide the data from the test into different groups. For example, women under 50 who have a problem with energy and drink little water.
Analysis and Reporting: CRM should provide tools to analyze data and generate reports so that I can track the effectiveness of my marketing and sales strategies.
Integration with Other Tools: I need a CRM that can be easily integrated with other platforms, such as e-shop systems, email marketing and possibly analytics tools.
Budget: As a startup I am looking for an affordable solution that is suitable for a small business.
