CRM Data security and AI

Hey everyone,

I am a developer that used to do sales for only 2 months (I hated it). I mostly hated working with the CRM and filling it in. I basically am here to confirm my bias to hating to fill in CRMs, but also how you or your company sees integration with external application such as cloud call centers. My company didn't allow for integration as it meant that the possibility of leaking proprietary data was higher.

With the current influx of AI assistants, those are all run on centralized servers and data stored on 3rd party cloud infrastructure. Are you or your company careful with what service you integrate with?
