CRM for commercial Real Estate

Hi All,

Looking for a CRM for commercial real estate.

I like simple. I've explored quite a few and tried a couple different ones without finding the ideal one just yet.

Ideally I'm looking for one that I can text & auto-dial (with my personal number), email and track my follow-ups.

There are just so many options available, hoping someone on here might be able to recommend one that can handle the above without too many bells and whistles.
