Looking for a crm, furniture repair.

I’m an independent contractor in my parents business. My father and I do the physical work and my mother deals with the books. The majority of our work comes from warranty type claims so we do not bill the customer we do the work for. I’m looking for something that we can easily take a work order from the client (warranty company) and input it into a program so I can fill in the information that is needed on the crm and bill it to the correct client. Something that would help with scheduling would be a huge plus. Most of what I have been seeing is entering customer info for a quote and billing that customer directly which we rarely do.
