An app or program where you can add/modify/remove custom fields of customer info (ex. Age, residence, what product they’re interested in etc.)

Hi everyone,

This is going to be a very noob question as I have very very limited experience and just now I'm thinking about possibly starting a business with some friends.

In an old job we would use Dialfire to call customer and then fill their information on a customizable form in Dialfire itself. You could change all the fields to your liking, name, age, place of residence, job, what product they wanted etc.

Now, Dialfire is also a soft phone, and I don't really need that function right now. I just need SOMETHING, it could be an online app, or a downloadable software, where I can customize a form with all the details I need from my customers, then I call the customer and fill the fields with their info they give me on the phone. Then you click "save" and you have them saved as a contact. Then, when I have a larger number of customers, I want to just look for their name and boom, their form with their details opens up.

That's it, nothing else. Just something simple to use, useful and clean-looking.

Any ideas?
