( votes)Hi, I am currently evaluating D365 vs Salesforce for my company’s next CRM and one (of many) factors is speed/performance. From my experience with both, I have generally found that Dynamics is the slower of the two. Particularly when it comes to customization in power apps, some screens will randomly load for 3+ minutes. SF has always seemed a little quicker to me.
Is that the general consensus? Do people have similar experiences here? And in either scenario, what could a firm do to optimize system performance (or key factors I should be aware of)?
