User Review
( votes)Hi,
I run a small nonprofit, and am trying to transition from an extremely simple way of doing things. I need CRM or other software recommendations and appreciate your patience with these newbie questions.
Our key goal is keep an organized mailing lists. One problem now is duplicates and updating. Part of our workflow is organizing events, both online and in-person. We send out invitations from our existing mailing list with a registration link. For non-invite only events, we also post on LinkedIn with a link to the registration form. Right now the registration is done through Qualtrics. At the end we have a spreadsheet that has to be added back into our mailing list, creating many duplicates and no way of updating except by hand.
Our wish list is software that
(1) Lets us email people on our mailing list with a personalized link that takes them to a form that is autopopulated with the information we have for them already, allowing them to correct anything but not creating a duplicate record
(2) Lets new people register to create a new entry in our database
Is this something that many CRMs can do? Which do you recommend? We have other tricky needs as well, but I wanted to start with this one.
Thank you!
