User Review
( votes)Hey there, I'm new to using Mailchimp / CRMs!
My current workflow involves using Tally.so to create forms where users register and provide their marketing permissions (these contacts also transfer to a Notion database linked through Tally). Afterwards, we transfer these contacts to Mailchimp, assign them a tag, and proceed to send them emails.
Currently, I feel restricted, and I believe the workflow could definitely be improved to make it smoother. Moreover, I just passed the 500 contact limit on Mailchimp, and I find myself constantly archiving contacts, resulting in a messy situation.
In particular, I'm looking for something that:
– Is user-friendly / Easy learning curve
– Isn't too pricey
– Includes built-in form functionality
– Offers automatic follow-up after form submissions
– Doesn't limit the number of contacts I can have (minimum 5,000 contacts?)
It doesnt have to be a single CRM, i'm open to a combination of CRM tools as well. I'm just looking for the optimal solution to improve this workflow. I understand that what I require is not very complex, and it should'tt be difficult to find a way to automate everything a little more.
Thanks for reading, I need you to enlighten me!
