I'm trying to organize and make the business for what I'm working for to run smoothly as possible, but I'm not sure on what kind of platform is best to apply (I think CRM is not what I need, but that's why I'm asking, because I'm not entirely sure on what is the best tool for this)
So, the business is a B2B that works with clients and different suppliers to make a final product ready to sell for our clients.
What we need is:
- List of current clients with all its information (address, VAT, etc)
- Invoice tracking (not necessary to create the invoice directly in the platform, but the possibility to upload it and then track its payment)
- Client Orders/Project:
- Quantities needed
- Specifications (required needs)
- Parts of the product needed to assemble
- Suppliers for each part
- orders we make to the suppliers
- costs we need to pay to the supplier
- Delivery times for each part of the product
- Final delivery for the client
So, in summary we need to keep track of supplier orders, client orders (and its components), costs and incomes.
I've worked with Zoho CRM before, but I'm not sure if that is a good option because its focused to clients.
