CRM tools that don’t base their pricing on a per contact basis

Apologies in advance if this is a silly question. I was wondering if there are any CRM providers that don't base their pricing model on a per contact/customer basis. Looking to move away from a current provider but have over a 100,000 contacts so don't want it to get too expensive.
