( votes)We are a very small company, and I have been handling customer questions pretty much on my own. The company recently hired a second customer service employee. Now we're looking for a good ticketing system, so we can track handled questions etc.
It doesn't have to be feature rich, we should just be able to create a company with several contact persons, create tickets on those contact person, and select a company to see how many questions they have asked in the past, and how frequently the contact with that company is.
Preferably self hosted, not a cloud solution.
I have googled for good programs, came across OSTicket, Hesk, SolarWinds.
Does anyone have any experience with those applications? What are some good other recommendations?
