CRM for sales people

Starting a new job, and I may be in the minority but I want a good CRM. My problem is every CRM I've tried is designed for the sales manager. I get it, they have to sell the org on using it, but I do not need a bunch of pretty reports.
 

My job is Key Accounts/Project management so I am not looking for something that helps me cold call 1000 people a day
 

I'm looking for the below
* Building out a target accounts organizational structure
* More robust options under details for individuals – such as interests, hobbies, preferences, etc.
* I still want to be able to track open and pending opportunities.
* Maps integration so if I'm in an area I can easily heat map who else is close and relevant.
