Can anyone recommend a bit of software that providers can upload sales information into?

Hi all

I worked for a listed company in the UK and the data is absolutely terrible. We have hundreds of individual partners. Some are managed through affiliate networks but most are done direct and rely on the partners emailing us monthly their sales. This leads to some providers getting missed and not billed for months and some even years.

The data team are getting paid shit loads but are twiddling their thumbs about actually doing something so I thought I might take it upon myself.

I need something where providers can log into and literally enter a sales number and we will bill them accordingly. There will be a list for each month and we can see who has sent their data and who hasn't.
