Which CRM do you suggest to choose for an italian small company?

Dear all,

I am Stefano from Italy and I am the sales manager of a company.

I am writing here just to find some advices about what could be the right CMR for me. My company is on the field since 25 years ago and we work on the poultry sector by selling equipments; we sell two products in particular, conveyors and boxes for chickens. Due to the dimensions of the company we supply only through our dealer net in more than 40 countries for a turnover of 4 milions of €.

Being a business to business company I have only a short list of contact that consist in less than 700 people, 30 of these are already my client while the others can be considerated as potential one. Now this list is on an Excel table that I update when I remember.

I would like to find something that could help me to keep in touch with all my lead giving me some notifications when are passed too much days since our last contact. I would like to do short call, messages or email with every lead at least thrice per year.

Second, my new CRM should help me to keep order my quotations. We use to do 340 quotations per year for an average value of 40k € per each. Sometimes can happen that I have some standing quotations with a potential client that don't receive any feedbacks for more than two month becuase I forget to ask them it. This it would be definitly better if it doesn't happen anymore.

I am not looking for a software that give me some graphics that for me don't matter anything.

I tried to download Piperdrive but it doesn't seem what I need, especcialy the pipeline. Because when I made a quotation and the client have accepted it I give all the staff to another dept of the company.
