So, im with this problem between Vtiger and some fields on it.
Basically we work like this:
Our leads enter marketing through RD Station, through Zapier, and onto Vtiger.
The problem is that our leads answer questions like Location and profession (closed fields). But, in Vtiger, this information is not arriving correctly, and all leads appear with the same answer, which is the first of the Closed field of options.
What could be happening? We've already done some in-depth investigations and testing, but now we've reached a point where we don't know where else to go. And I feel like the answer is kind of obvious, but obscure for us.
