( votes)Hello, looking to start using a CRM to manage everything in one place finally
Maybe someone would suggest something that matches these requirements:
- Adding leads with information such as email, phone number, website. Would be great to have the option of customizing these fields and add must support adding them through the API.
- Sending cold outreach emails to newly added leads(through gsuite SMTP)
- Make calls from the dashboard directly, and receive calls
- Should have all the conversations history with the customer in one place, see the calls made, email communications ( using google workspace)
- Would be cool to respond to the chat widget that is on the page (nothing is installed at the moment so I'm open for anything that works).
- Would also be nice to have the chats on viber/whatsapp/telegram on the dashboard, but it is not a must.
Closest thing I was able to find was bitrix24, but after signing up and going through their youtube tutorials I figured out it is a Russian company…
