Dynamics 365 CRM is a very powerful CRM that enables its users to manage Sales, Service and Marketing flawlessly. Given the robust features it offers, one optimum way to perform better would be to further visualize its data on map. As we know Dynamics 365 data has address field associated with it, plotting this data on map will enable its users to visualize where their potential leads or existing clients are based.

In case of any abduction attempt, bushfire, accident or any such hazardous incident Anna and her team intimate the schools of the happening quickly therefore safeguarding the students’ and staff’s wellbeing.
Recently there was a fire breakout in a petroleum company in the area and Anna was informed this by her team. She immediately looks for schools within 2, 4 and 5 miles around the petroleum company and plots them on the map with the help of Maplytics using Radius Search. She was able to mark the areas based on the distance from point of impact. The schools within 2 miles were sent critical warning, around 4 miles were sent mild warning and the schools within 4 to 5 miles radius were sent a notification.
After the records are visualized on map and email is immediately sent to the schools within 2 and 4 miles using Mass Action.
As soon the email is sent out to these Accounts, Anna immediately creates Phone Call activity to instruct her team to ensure that everyone is well informed about the fire. Her team acts proactively as soon the Phone Call activity is assigned to them. The Phone Call activity is also created using Mass Actions from View Data Grid and assigned to Sam, the Security Officer of the region.
Thus with the smart action of the association, the schools are emptied and quick rescue operation is executed. This helped the schools safeguard their students’ safety and thus reinstated their faith in the association. With Maplytics, Anna was able to do this unfathomable task and not just this time, but in case of any sensitive incident, she is able to inform the schools immediately.
