( votes)Hi there!
I'm a growth/marketing consultant helping a local firm which works with financial advisors, providing market research and an in-house platform for portfolio management.
The 30 or so financial advisors they are working with are happy with the platform but the company has been struggling with growth this past year.
What I've noticed is that these financial advisors are managing 20 to 30 clients each because they find scaling difficult, claiming that keeping track of more customers would be impossible. They mostly use spreadsheets, their own personal emails and whatsapp to keep in touch with them.
I figured that a CRM would solve most of their issues and allow them to scale, but I've had issues finding one that ticks all the boxes.
What I believe they need is:
- Easy-to-use interface, since they are not used to CRMs and would need to be trained by the company
- Email and whatsapp capabilities (both are a must)
- Basic sales funnel info and dashboards, to help them with tracking of new and existing clients
- Ability to easily segment/tag their customers based on attributes and send emails/messages based on those attributes
What I've found so far has either been too expensive, has a steep learning curve or needs weeks of customization and setup by devs, which are unavailable for this project.
Does anyone have any tips/recommendations?
Thanks
