( votes)Hey r/CRM, I need a suggestion for my sales process, it goes something like this.
It's split into two, A and B.
A: the Funnel

Lead goes through a Funnel and enters their number and name.

The agent calls the lead to confirm the order and get the address to ship to.

The order goes through a software for inventory and order management (for example Zoho inventory)
-
The lead is converted to a contact to be called again at a later date
B: Woocomerce
-
Lead buys a product on the web store.

The order goes through a software for inventory and order management (for example Zoho inventory)

The contact is saved for calling at a later date
The main issue i have is that the process needs to be simple for the agents and all the leads and contacts need to be at the same place, in one CRM application.
