( votes)We are currently tracking the status of our clients using Online Microsoft Excel. Our business is simple so Excel is okay at the start. We follow certain steps and a client cannot move to the next stage unless he/she completed what is required (trigger). 4 months into business and we now want to incorporate a CRM because the business is growing and we are using more tools like Dialpad for sending text messages and online calendar for bookings.
Our long term vision is to bring in 100 sales people so all of them should be able to access the CRM but it should be cost-effective on our part as business owners. We want to get the right CRM at first try so we don't have to deal with the mess of changing it once we discovered its flaws. Can you recommend some good CRMs that I can check? Thank you so much!
