Please recommend CRM

Hello, I'm in sales and have to email all participants of a Deal anytime I email. I've tried and failed to find a single CRM that has an "email all participants" or similar option. Do you know of any? Oh, and I need it to notify me when I'm "X" amount of days from the Close Date or other triggers. Pipedrive can't do those things, Salesforce doesn't either (not my version at least). Thanks in advance. Willing to spend up to $50 a month for a single person.
