I am looking for a very basic CRM. I am a sales rep for a small to medium sized business that has its own sales reporting software already that was built when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Dispute it being old it works really well.

However, I am needing an app/online cloud based program from me to record customers I see, their details, what we spoke about and any action that needs to be followed up which will alert me when a time has passed. I need to be able to sort by postcode and get a report at the end of each week to send to my manager.

THAT’S IT!!

It seems easy enough but for the life of me I cannot find anything this simple.I will be the only one using it.

Any recommendations for free or low cost.
