Status and progress updates for clients

Hi there

Does anyone have any suggestions for software which will provide status updates and progression of clients file. Preferably a cloud based system they can login privately to see what stage they are at.

We use zoho one platform but I don't think there are any solutions on zoho for this.

I seen statdash but seemed expensive and didn't seem to offer private functionality on lite version.

Any suggestions for a solution?
