phone.com and crm integration with faxing out?

our old way of faxing was email a number with our phone company’s domain from the office email (eg 8005550125@fax.att.com)… i know phone.com will emails us the faxes sent to us, but no one can figure out how to get on the web portal and fax out. so is there a crm that we could email and it exactly using our phone.com account?
