Two presenters at the upcoming DynamicsCon 2021, a free community event running virtually from March 16-18, want to give attendees more confidence to use Power Platform with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. MSDW is a media sponsor of DynamicsCon and we spoke with Tanique Williams, a learning consultant at PowerObjects-HCL, and Latoya Clarke-Nivore, CEO of strategic business change consultant, Connec2Dots, about their sessions and their goals in the community.
Their session “The Power Platform & User Adoption in Finops Projects,” will be held on Tuesday, March 16 from 11 a.m. to noon Eastern Time. They will provide guidance on implementing Power Platform tools with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management projects.
The pair based their presentation on their firsthand project experiences. Williams explains:
We’ve seen how the Power Platform came to the rescue of Finance and Operations, based on some of the processes that the customer required that the Finance and Operations application itself couldn’t [do]. That’s how the topic came about and . . . Latoya talks about the changes – how best to formulate this change between the two applications.
