I want to integrate client input info from my e-commerce site to my CRM

For instance, a client purchases an item from my site. I want the clients personal info, item of purchase, purchase amount, date of purchase, etc automatically put into that clients “file” in the CRM. I’m shopping around for user friendly CRMs with tons of automation and am leaning towards keap/infusionsoft. I’ve also talked with salesforce and hubspot. The sales reps act like this is a weird request when I bring it up and aren’t sure what to tell me or how this would work. I’m assuming it would require some form of integration with the point of sale software or maybe a custom build. I know I’m not the first person to ask for this
