Client inquiries solution for very small team – Recs needed!

Hello,

we are a team of 3 to 4 people. We have ~50-100 customers.

We need an easy management tool, which is not too time consuming, because we gave up previous solutions already due to unnecessary extra work.

Ideally, it would look like an old phpbb/vbulletin forum, where we can open new threads/subs for every customer. But more in a Ticket manner so that we can see whether a ticket is solved or not. Also with a possibility to search for keywords like in a database/forum. I cheked some php forums but it seems they don't offer a business version.

We don't need any calenders or such, just a simple structure.
