Looking for a CRM that has mailchimp’s Beamer function, and realtime contact sync with Outlook.

Hi, i've been using Mailchimp for years, I love it, but it's pain to update my contacts whenever I get a new one added to Outlook, or whenever someone changes their details. Is there a CRM that can automate this? And also have mailchimp's "beam" function where i can email one address that gets forwarded to all my audience group?
