CRMs with WhatsApp integration for a private school?

There are specialist LMS systems out there like Google Classroom but I suspect that using a more widely used enterprise CRM might be better.

What do you think?

In an ideal world, I'd like something that:

1) allows me to export and backup customer data 2) has an app 3) stores and manages customer data coming in from WhatsApp And 4) assists me with sending messages to customers 5) isn't overwhelming because it's a new, fresh CRM that hasn't feature bloated over the years 6) appropriate costs for a very small business. I really like Twilo's pay per message system.

Any recommendations? I know it's a lot to ask
