CRM for 3pl or logistics company

Mainly looking for a CRM with email marketing and automation, I am a small growing logistics company with one other sales rep. Need to keep up with around a few hundred contacts at a time, would like to have email marketing that is transparent I can see if they have opened the email or not

Salesdrip is too expensive Active campaign looks promising Zoho salesforce Oracle-too much going on the screen my rep can’t understand what to do and where to go
