Self Hosted CRM/Case Management

Hey Guys,

Back in about 2017 I came across a CRM/CMS system that was very easy to customise and it was open source and self hosted, I can't remember the name or where I found it now.

What I need is a case management system, create a client with customisable fields and to be able to create cases under each client to add notes about work done, case status, case type etc.

I looked at what feels like all self hosted CRMs but the seem too sales focused and not that easy to customise down to just clients & cases.

Does anyone have any idea what it was that I used last time or anything that you would recommend?
