As new updates are launched, every client is willing to upgrade their system to a higher version for better performance and additional features, and this can be achieved by doing pre-migration and post-migration steps.
But sometimes there might be possibilities that this process gets stuck or not process further due to some or some techno-functional reasons.
Now suppose you have successfully migrated the system to V12 or any other version and you need to run the Post-migration so that all the data that lies in the table i.e. temporary table gets shifter to your original tables and while doing this process post-migration may get stuck and doesn’t process further then all your hard work will get wasted. So we can solve this issue with some very simple’s steps and checks.
Let’s take an example below
Navigate to -> Usage -> sequencing monitor
Steps -> create plan -> add folder -> launch

In this I have created the plan and launched the plan but as per the process all the pending task should get execute one by one which is not happening.
Steps which we need to check to resume the process
- Check the batch server and restart the batch server
- Click on the Refresh button in lower part of the header body.

- This is the main crucial step which you need to check if still you are process is not getting executed.
- Click on query management right side of the screen.
Please refer the below image
- Check the task code in the task code in the query management screen and execution time and compare the same with your server time.
- If there is difference in both DB & APP server then no process will get execute and it will take time same as the both the system time difference

- You have rectify and set the date with same timings and check the batch server is running or not and then click on refresh button.
