What are your best CRM recommendations for enterprise hardware companies?

We want to improve our CRM experience and would like to know what your favourite CRM system is.

Our current CRM & MRP system is slow, has quite a few bugs, and the workflows for CRM are too manual. We’re missing opportunities because it’s more work than it should be to follow up!
