Worst things in CRM

Hi!!

I’m a software engineer and I’m having a lot of spare time due to the specific time of the year in my company and I’m having fun with code and building open-source CRM. So original right. I read some comments here and there. The free tier will work thanks to free virtual machine tier on the Google cloud, when exceeding the capacity = fee for better specs VM usage. But I’m handling infrastructure automatically cuz that’s what i do for my job.

So please telling business guy to host some open-source CRM themselves 💀💀 not a great business model 😋

What’s the worst things about freebies/open source stuff you tried?

And also what else sucks in the good ones in your opinion?
