Is there a CRM that allows you to store multiple variations of a charachteristic, in 1 cell (perhaps in the form of a drop down list)?

Hi all

So I work in business development, a large aspect of my job is prospecting and contacting businesses to assess their needs and demands for the service that we provide. We are an engineering company FYI.

At present I have developed a rather sophisticated CRM in excel using VBA macros which has been pretty succesful.

However, there is a limitation.

Businesses come in different shapes and sizes and therefore when collecting data, specifically on contact emails, number of premises and types of servicing they require, there is usually multiple sets of data for each data type i.e. multiple contact emails, multiple premise locations and multiple types of potential service they require.

With this in mind, the interface for my excel CRM is rather basic – it's one excel worksheet, with each business having a profile that is set within one excel row.

At the moment, I have a notes column, where I have had to just throw in all the information I have collected, and I have just 1 contact email column, where I keep just 1 point of contact for the business.

It would be great however, if I was to have a feature, whereby I could submit data e.g. an email address, and it gets added to a drop down list (which is nested in 1 cell) of email addresses connected to that 1 profile row.

I.e. if I type the word "blue" into cell A2 and press "enter", it will add "blue" to a drop down list in cell A2. I then type the word "green" into cell A2, press "enter" and it repeats, etc. Nothing gets added to cells A3, A4, etc, unless I navigate to these cells and perform the same action.
