Confused about the CRM/bulk email solution I need.

I have a sizable list of companies in the US that I want to email (~13k+). I'd like to bulk email them and tie it in with shopify/klaviyo to see who has opened the email and or converted to a purchase.

I have shopify and klaviyo, but don't know what the best solution is to send the emails out. Hubspot (sales, marketing, both), something else?
