( votes)We started using our CRM (ZOHO) without enough knowledge on the system. We uploaded lists from Tradeshows but much of that information is incorrect. It’s missing fields, there’s multiples of contacts, and accounts are inconsistent, again sometimes as multiples.
Since then I’ve downloaded all the data and cleaned it up so there’s consistency.
What’s the best method from here to make sure our CRM has correct information?
