My Outlook desktop app recently stopped connecting to my Microsoft Office 365 platform through GoDaddy which totally destroyed my whole work week last week. Trying to work with GoDaddy to recitfy but I'm not convenced they can pulled it off.

Upon look at other email providers that connect to Hubspot seamlessly I'm not have the greatest of luck.

So I though what a better time to reconsider my backend tools.

For my business I current using GoDaddy for my domain and email addresses (Use 2), I have Hubspot Sales and Marketing Starter accounts, Quickbooks, and SyncQ to connect HS ans QBO.

I do spend quite a bit for all these tools – some monthly, some annually. While I'm up sheitz creep without a paddle and being as I need so many tools to pull everything together I'm very open to finding a better, less buggy, cost effective solution.

Email – Currently use Outlook desktop app. Unsure how easily I can forward my GoDaddy emails to a new email client. I use 2 emails daily and need an app that will allow me to toggle through both emails at the same time. I do forward from 1st email, attached a file from 2nd email etc quite often. I also have 50'ish folders for each email.

CRM – I'll need to have a CRM that will connect to my emaill provider, and track and record emails sends/ receipts, opens etc. I do use Templates, Sequences, Deal Stages, Tasks, I currently have Hubspot Stater.

Email Marketing – I do pay for this service but have not used yet. I'm about to launch email marketing campaigns and landing pages. I have a limited of 5K marketing emails per month with the Marketing Starter plan.

Quickbooks Online – I use for all financial.

SyncQ – I use their API to have Hubspot forward contact info into Quickbooks Online.

I have read GoHighLevel or Zoho may be solid CRM and Marketing options.

It was suggested Google Suite for email client.

Very open to insight and advice if you could.

TIA!
