Hit the dreaded $450 per month mark with Hubspot and for some that might not be a lot but this is for a social good company (for-profit, but also have a NFP) with limited revenue and we can't justify this.
I was thinking of using Convertkit for newsletters and trying to get Zapier to link Hubspot to Convertkit but a hail mary in the brains trust here.
Hubspot CRM features are great for us being able to manage our userbase and track the market funnel but as soon as we needed the newsletter feature which is also important, things are too expensive.
Approx 6-7,000 marketing contacts, maybe 1-2 newsletters a month.
1-3 mailboxes we have to help us drum up more business.
I've looked at Active Campaign which still looks about $300 pm for 2 users. Any suggestions would be great.
